This listing is for VoIP phones that connect to your network and not directly to your phone system as analog and digital phones do.
That means the installation of the phones is more involved and will require network knowledge and more work on the installation versus an Avaya compatible digital phone.
How do I connect my Avaya VoIP Phones to my IP Office?
Avaya VoIP Phones will to connect to a power supply (not included in this listing) or a Power over Ethernet (POE) Switch (not included in this listing) that then connects to a Switch (not included in this listing) that will then connect to the Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Processor via the LAN or WAN ports.
How do I Connect my analog phone lines to my IP Office?
You will need to connect the phone lines into the phone system from your phone company's phone line box/modem with an individual wire for each phone line (single pair/2 Conductor should be fine – 2 pieces of copper on the phone jack) into ports 9-12 of the IP Office Base Card that has the Analog Trunk Module 4 (ATM4) daughter card attached to it.

The items included in this auction are 1 Used Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Processor that is fully tested and defaulted
and will be set to release version 7.0(36) - which is the highest release version where no key codes are needed for basic core full system functionality
.  I have the release at the highest version under 8.0 so no key codes are needed for a working phone system.  This means I have taken the time to make sure the SD card and the 500 V2 Processors release levels match up so there is no key code conflict showing up on the system when you connect phones.

The Avaya Partner system is an older discontinued more traditional Phone System but will be in service for 20 more years to come. It does not require a PC or Administrative software for functionality and as long as you connect the phone lines and the phones to the right ports on the system you can make and receive and phone calls and is as close to plug and play as you will ever get!  It has 175 built in features such as remote call forwarding to external phone numbers such as a cell phone number so you can still be accessible to your customers and not be at the office. The Partner ACS system starts with a capacity of up to 3 analog phone lines and up to 8 Partner phones and is comfortably expandable up to 12 analog phone lines and up to 32 Partner phones with mailboxes for all users.  The Partner system’s maximum capacities are up to 31 lines and up to 48 extensions (can’t be obtained simultaneously).
Both Phone Systems need wiring from the phone company (for your analog Phone Lines) to the phone system and each phone needs a dedicated wire run from the phone system to the desired location for each non VoIP phone.
