Description

This is an Original Pinback Button from the Jacksons 55-Concert 'Victory' Tour across the United States and Canada starting on July 6 and ending on Dec. 9, 1984.
It is a great looking colorful Pin in excellent condition for its age.
It measures 1 5/8 inches in diameter.
Some history:
Ostensibly in support of the group's 'Victory' album it was considered by many to be Michael's 'Thriller' Tour. He had refused to rehearse or perform any of the 'Victory' songs on stage. But the other brothers needed money and they needed Michael, so they gave in to his demands. It created such animosity that they never toured together again and in fact barely had any kind of relationship with Michael for the rest of his life. None of that mattered to the fans. They LOVED the tour. Believe it or not the tickets maxed out at a whopping each.
