Excellent condition,the only issues I can find are a few tiny chips in the paint on the frame and at the top of the seatmast under the seat clamp,Forks and stem perfect.The frame also has a Milani signature on one side and Burton Kendall on the other side(see photos).
Original purchase price for frame only was 34.00 u.s. dollars.

Very much a boutique brand, the top of
Milani
’s range is the N107E, a full-carbon tube-to-tube frame bolstered with healthy doses of high modulus 3K carbon. The top and down tubes are both triangular in section, with the former changing shape along its length so that the top of it points up at the head tube and down at the seat tube.
The N107E has an extended seat tube and is assembled using carbon wrapping techniques
The seat tube is round in profile and continues upwards past the top tube to form a integrated seatmast.
This model is the very essence of customisation and compactness. The seat tube extends right to the saddle.The oblique tube is extremely rigid, with a triangular cross section.
