Vintage Wurlitzer 206 student electric piano

Wurlitzer 206 student electric piano (wurlitzer 200 internals)
All original electrical components. Hasn't been touched. Still plays and sounds good to my ears.
I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to do a rebuild and replace the caps and other components, but as of mow it does power on and play.
All keys are level and seem to be pretty close to in tune.
Has not had the vibrato or aux installed yet. If it doesn't sell then i plan on restoring everything myself.
Issues I've found:
Cigarette burn on one high key. Two burns on top case. What looks to be white out marks on top case. One small gouge on top case. Scuffs and scratches on original faceplate. Non original knobs. Student/teacher selector knob is a little loose (plastic knob itself, not the switch) broken left metal foot. A few rips in the tolex on the back that have been glued down. IEC connector hole is a little too big. Some stains on the speaker grill but no rips or tears.
Keys all play, but could use some lubrication as the lower bass notes are a little tight and stiff. Still playable though.
Student/teacher power has been bypassed and working IEC connector installed in the back. Correctly soldered in, but hole is a little big on the top (pictured)
All other wiring still present and untouched.
Speakers are in good shape and still work correctly.
Great candidate for an easy restore.
I planned to paint the top, recover the speaker grill, change the tolex and replace the faceplate/knobs and the broken foot. Then rebuild the amp and do some preventive maintance to all the electronics and add the AUX/Vibrato. Then lubricate all of the movements.
Decided to offer it as is at the moment for anyone wanting a project.
